Mr. Hannah is a registered professional engineer and serves as Principal Engineer-Transmission Operations at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation, Little Rock, Arkansas.  He received the B.S.E.E. from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville, and M.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Texas A&M University-Texarkana.  He served as 1995-1996 Chairman of the Shreveport Section IEEE and as past Chairman of the IEEE Rural Electric Power Committee.  He currently serves as Chairman of the Power Quality Subcommittee of the IEEE REPC.
