Mr. DeNardo, a native of Northern Illinois and a graduate of the University of Illinois, is a Principal Engineer with We Energies in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has worked for We Energies and has been directly involved in the issues of stray and contact voltage since 1985. His involvement has included several stray voltage related committee assignments at the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection. He has been an instructor for UW Extension Stray Voltage Investigator Training courses, and is presently Treasurer of the Midwest Rural Energy Council (http://www.mrec.org/ ). Chuck is a registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, and is a long standing member of the Wisconsin Utilities Association’s Stray Voltage and Electrical Exposure Committee. Chuck is also an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers where he presently chairs the Power Engineering Society’s Stray and Contact Voltage Working Group (P1695) (http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/td/dist/stray/).
