Prior to the purchase of the business from Itron in 2005, Mr. Schulze served Itron in roles as Director of Operations, Business Development Manager, and Operations Manager. Mr. Schulze’s operations oversaw the distribution engineering and joint use process involving pole attachment applications for various utilities and the distribution engineering of both overhead and underground facilities.
Mr. Schulze has over fifteen years of management, engineering, and consulting experience which includes joint use pole attachment agreements.Mr. Schulze is an industry speaker on joint use related topics and a member of several joint use specific organizations. His professional experience has also been used by clients for testimony in cases involving joint use issues. |
